Here’s a little bit of good news and bad news kind of thing.  The good news is you can make millions of dollars in just a few minutes using the Internet.  The bad news is it’s probably illegal.  There is worse news.  You can be a victim of it.

There is a whole list of Internet scams that you have probably encountered.  If you are unlucky, you have probably been a victim of it.  The latest scams have evolved as well.  Gone are the days wherein they use snail mail and even the fax machine.  They use the Internet that makes them a global headache for everyone.

Why do we even have Internet scammers?  It’s easy to figure out if you are going to put yourself in the shoes of a criminal who wants to make a quick million.  The Internet is a global market and they can easily market their scams to the whole world.  It gives them an avenue to make the scam legitimate looking and can give them anonymity at the same time.  They can hide behind an online identity that makes it easier for them to run, and boy do they run.

    This has been an issue for years now.  The modus operandi is still the same.  They would send you an email saying they are government officials, kings or even heirs to millions of dollars worth of money.  They would require your help to transfer the money and would ask your help and discretion by giving away your own money and bank account information.
